Archiving and Self-Archiving

Digital Preservation

The journal maintains arrangements for the long-term digital preservation of published content through the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS distributed archiving networks, which are supported by the journal’s publishing platform. The journal keeps independent backups of all published content and its underlying database.

Identifiers

Registration for the assignment of Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to published articles is in progress. Once active, every article will receive a DOI at publication, and DOIs will be registered for previously published articles.

Author Self-Archiving

Authors may deposit any version of their article — submitted, accepted or published — in an institutional or subject repository, or post it on a personal or departmental site, at any time and without embargo, as set out in the Open Access and Licensing policy.
