The names, email addresses and affiliations entered on this journal site are used exclusively for the stated purposes of the journal: managing submissions, conducting peer review, publishing accepted articles and communicating with registered users. They are not sold, shared or used for any other purpose or by any other party.

Authors’ names, affiliations, countries and ORCID iDs form part of the published record of their articles and remain public. Reviewer identities are confidential and are not disclosed to authors, in keeping with double-anonymous review.

The site uses cookies only to manage login sessions. The journal collects aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics; it does not collect geographical data about individual visitors.

Registered users may view and correct their profile information at any time by logging in. Users who wish to have their account and personal data removed may write to support@canadianja.ca; data forming part of the published record — such as the named authorship of a published article — cannot be removed, as its retention is necessary to the integrity of the scholarly record.
